The location is a little odd and hard to find, but it is convenient once you know the area. We didn't get to use the restaurant, but the rest of the hotel is well staffed, comfortable and very clean. The parking was also very easy to use.

We booked this hotel for a one night layover between flights and it was perfect, we hired a car to drive down to Aveiro and the free parking made this so easy. They have a shuttle service too which is great. We were tired and ended up having dinner at the hotel and it was actually so good and far exceeded our expectations! The beds were really comfortable and the rooms come with complimentary nespresso and bottled water. Would stay again.

The staff were the most helpful and friendly staff I have ever come across in a hotel. From the moment we arrived they were kind, polite and incredibly helpful. The pool area was great for us, it's small but it was never too busy while we were there. The breakfast was a good selection and plenty of seating in the restaurant. We ordered bar snack sandwiches one night and they were huge and delicious too. The free hotel shuttle was an added bonus. Great for airport stay and actually very easily connected to downtown by metro.

This is a modern hotel with large, comfortable, clean rooms. The room had a small fridge; there was no coffee maker in the room. It was an easy 15 minute walk from the airport to the hotel, but they offer a free airport shuttle that runs every 30 minutes. All staff were friendly and helpful. Vanessa was kind enough to check me in a little early - much appreciated. She explained dinner options and how to reach downtown via the metro. I'm sorry I have forgotten the name of the gentleman (it started with 'M') who was at the front desk and drove the shuttle. He was friendly, helpful, efficient. Servers at the restaurant were also very helpful The Verdes Metro stop is an easy 5 minute walk away, from which the metro can be taken to get downtown in about 30 minutes. There are only a few restaurants within walking distance, but I ate at a gem (Tomar de Sal) that was about a 10 minute walk away.

A modern clean hotel that is five minutes drive/shuttle away from the airport. The staff are excellent and extremely helpful. We arrived at the airport at 22:30 and they sent the shuttle bus within five minutes of calling them. Even though it was late on a Sunday night, the hotel still offered a complete bar food menu. The staff even organised the shuttle to take us to the car rental company the following day.

The location and free secure parking. Wonderful fresh hot and cold buffet options for breakfast. Staff was accommodating and welcoming. Clean room and very comfortable bed and pillows. Great service from Raquel and the gentleman who checked us in at 1am.

the property was beautiful and clean and smelt lovely, rooms and facilities were great and all the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The shuttle service and early breakfast times were also a huge bonus. The room spacious and had a lively walk in shower and large TV, our rooms were cleaned very nice every day.

Our flight got cancelled, we were tired, but the staff were SO incredible even though handling many guests from the same cancelled flight. We had an excellent meal at the restaurant and a filling breakfast. The room was luxurious, especially loved the sheets!

A little oasis just a small distance from the airport. The hotel and room was impeccably clean. Lovely, large shower with good water pressure. I made use of the pool, which was small, but totally adequate. Building work is taking place over the road, but it didn’t particularly affect my stay. I didn’t eat at the hotel, but the bar was well stocked. Staff were fantastic and super friendly. Would absolutely stay again.
