First of all, the staff is amazing, everyone is really sweet and try their best to help. The hotel is super clean, there is a swimming pool on the rooftop (it is not the best view, but it's relaxing and refreshing). There and in the breakfast/dining room, there is jazz music and I really appreciated that, it gave a unique vibe. If you need to eat in the hotel the value for money is good. Moreover, the breakfast is pretty nice, with fresh fruits, pastries and fresh squeezed orange juice. Concerning the room, it is really comfortable, clean and spacious. The bathroom is great with a huge Italian shower. Finally, the shuttle is so convenient, I'm impressed it was free.

Super friendly and engaged staff all of whom were able to communicate well in English. The interior design of the room was not so much my taste but it was spacious, comfortable and well-equipped. Breakfast was very good value for money. A few vegan choices would be a great add-on. I particularly enjoyed the rooftop terrace and pool - the view is not the greatest (it's an airport hotel after all) but still it's a cool place to hang out. Bar and restaurant were nice as well. The place is convenient to reach from Porto Airport. I didn't use it but there's a free shuttle from and to the airport.

the property was indeed very close to the airport as we had to check in at 3:30am! The staff was so helpful to orchestrate the free shuttle service both to help us return our rental car the day before our departure and the following morning. We didn’t know anything about the restaurant they have on the premises but the food was good , reasonably priced and it was so convenient. Thanks to the staff for making our very brief stay very nice!

Also, the bar was open till 1 am, they serve breakfast from early hours and have quite a late checkout at 12pm so you can have a lie in after a late flight or get ready early if you have to. Beds were so comfy! The stuff were very friendly and helpful too.

The hotel was easily accessible w/ a short ride from the airport. We were also able to easily walk to the Metro station in the morning in order to catch out train. The staff was friendly and very helpful. Beds were very comfortable. I was not at all bothered by air traffic noise, even being close the airport - a pleasant surprise!
